BOOKINGS: All treatments must be booked in advance.

PUNCTUALITY: Please arrive at the centre 10 minutes before your appointment.
If you are late for your appointment, we will be forced to shorten the treatment so as not to inconvenience the next client.

CLOTHING: Swimsuit, flip-flops, cap and towel are compulsory.

AMBIANCE: In order to make your stay and that of the other clients a pleasant one, we ask that you
maintain an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. To do so, please turn off your mobile phones.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Due to medical advice, we do not offer treatments to children under 14 years of age.
Clients between the ages of 14 and 18 may take the spa circuits accompanied by an adult.

PRODUCTS: To continue your treatment at home and maintain the results, you have at your disposal a range of products for sale. Ask or let our staff advise you.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Upon arrival, our staff will ask you about your health, inform you of any problems that may affect your treatment (skin conditions, cardio-respiratory problems, nutritional alterations, consumption of drugs, etc.).

PREGNANCY: The use of the SPA is not recommended, but we have specific treatments designed for your wellbeing.
